If anything, though, it's too easy. Overall, a great game. Call of Duty used to be great because it was so realistically difficult. Great graphics, sound, and pace. Historically fascinating too. Here, at times, it's as simple as holding the trigger and spraying the enemy, who fall easily. Still, worth the money and time.
GRANDSON WAS THRILLED WITH YHE GAME. HE'S A BIG FAN OF THE CALL OF DUTY GAMES AND SAYS THIS IS THE BEST OF ALL THE ONES HE'S PLAYED.
the only thing that I felt was frustrating was when you're stuck on a level and your team (squad, troop, captain, general what you call the people) they tend to repeat themselves which helps occasionally but it gets annoying. The graphics are also great.
I used to play all the medal of honor games on ps2 but I didn't really like the controls of MOH: Airborne so I did some researching and came across Call of Duty 3 and Call of Duty World at War that appealed to me most. I bought this a few weeks after buying medal of honor airborne.
It's a nice game if you like FPS games. So instead of taking a chance and just buying one of the games, I downloaded the Call of Duty World at War demo from PSN and decided that the gameplay was perfect for me.
Online play is awesome too, I wish it would go through the entire story mode online maybe it can but I don't think it can, I've looked. On my tv it runs at 1080p.
Also your enemies will come out and try to stab you so it adds that adrenaline rush if you were looking for one.
i bought this game the day after christmas because well.haha i was really wanting to play nazi zombies. the sound is really awesome, multiplayer is a fun, and co-op mode is really gud although the graphics tend to be cut down a little in co-op mode, but only on some levels. and a double barreled shotgun when there wasnt a trench gun.
the controls are extremely easy to learn, basically the same as any call of duty game, the graphics are beyond amazing especially on level 2 (little resistance). jump in all the puddles starting from right to left and wait in the last puddle until some german starts talking and ul get a ray gun. after playing it on my friends xbox 360 and getting the hang of the game up until christmas and i got my ps3, i pretty much knew how to play the game control wise.
theres also a cheat that helps extremly well when ur trying to get the trophy for beating little resistance on veteran. the amount of hidden items including guns and other items is pretty decent 2. i found myself finding a shotgun (trench gun) on almost every level.
this cheat works before u jump over the wall after u call in the rocket strike. the game is well made and will always be a favorite on my list.
Then you start fighting with the Germans.Yes the germans Like all call of dutys besides Modern Warfare you are going to encounter screaming pissed of looking germans. When you first start playing it your going to notice the dark side of it. Now Multiplayer. Your going to start out as an American fighting the Japanese in the jungles.
Yes, they treyarch probably took this from infinity ward but they use it well and did not change it up much. Now this is where call of duty takes a little turn. Usually you would never see anything like that in Call of duty but treyarch I guess felt it had to be changed. First off this game is very brutal. But you can customize these weapon with bayonets, scopes, and silencers. Like Always its very easy to maneuver and very easy to get used to.
Multiplayer is very very fun in the game. Create a Class is in fact back from call of duty modern warfare.
Multiplayer game types will almost be all the same you have Team Deathmatch and you have Free For All, Demolition etc. This is the good thing about this game WW11 was a very dark war.
The weapons choice is the original WW11 gun choice. Graphics wise it seems as if the graphics have been changed a little not for better not for worse its just a visible difference.
gameplaywise your may think it feels a little different from call of dutys in the past but it really doesnt. Ranging from the Springfield to infamous Thompson.
So forth call of duty gets five stars from me because I notice that this game was not rushed once so ever and worked on very hard.
